Community and connection through lay ministry

Our lay ministers play a vital role in fostering growth and connection within our church family. They lead our 10:00 AM worship services and are actively involved in our various prayer, bible study, and social groups. Through their commitment, we continue to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can deepen their faith. They are living examples of Christ's welcome, serving and forgiving all people.

Emmanuel Ayensu

The St. Ansgar family is also delighted to welcome Student Pastor Emmanuel Ayensu! Emmanuel will be officiating two Sundays each month and will be in the church office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, offering pastoral care and connecting with our church family. If you would like to meet with Emmanuel, please contact the church office. You’re also invited to stop by for coffee with Emmanuel on Thursdays!
