Beyond our Sunday worship, St. Ansgar Lutheran Church offers a variety of activities and groups designed to foster community and spiritual growth. From our dedicated WELCA (Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) group, including the Lydia Circle, to our vital Church Council, there are many ways to get involved. We also have opportunities for fellowship with coffee and conversation every Thursday from 9 AM to 11 AM, and even an ecological initiative with pop can recycling and our Mission Cross every month. Our ministries are designed for everyone to find a place to belong and contribute.
Serve with us
Our ministries and groups are designed for people of all ages, interests, and needs. Whether you're interested in hands-on service like being a groundskeeper to keep our church exterior beautiful, or contributing to worship as a reader, usher, acolyte, or Altar Guild member, there's a role for you. We also have a wonderful group of quilters who create beautiful pieces for various causes. These groups are open to all who wish to serve and connect with others in a meaningful way.
